Alexandria Living Magazine – A Stranger’s Act of Kindness

Just a little announcement:

I’m excited to let you know I have another essay appearing in the current issue of Alexandria Living magazine!

It’s always a thrill to work with the kind folks at the magazine and as an Alexandria, Virginia resident it is especially fun to contribute.

Below is the link to my piece in the online version of Alexandria Living. Check it out, and if you like, please comment on the magazine website in the space they provide just below the essay.

We would love to hear your feedback!

  10. A lovely story that brings to mind two useful cliches: “What goes around comes around,” and “good karma.” The closing image of the little girl was sheer delight.

  11. Wonderful twist to your story. So many lessons for all involved. Does your auto insurance, perchance offer auto assistance? I also locked my keys in the car recently and help arrived within minutes. Although, I suppose if everyone was rescued so quickly, the lessons would have been lost. Ah, life is grand. Thanks for sharing this heartwarming story.

Great piece of writing – you provided kindness to a stranger and you received it back! Proves the point of you get back what you give out into the universe! Thanks also for the ‘like’ on my post. Peace and blessings 🙂
